This website, tokyoaquagarden.com, is run by Tokyo Aqua Garden Co., Ltd. (株式会社東京アクアガーデン), an aquarium design and maintenance company in Tokyo, Japan. This page explains what is collected when you read our guides, and why.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no comment forms and no newsletter, so we never ask for your name, email address or other personal details.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which guides are read and how visitors find us. Google Analytics uses cookies to record things like the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location and your device and browser. It does not identify you personally. See Google's Privacy Policy, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

To improve the site, we use Microsoft Clarity to record interactions such as clicks and scrolling, in a way that does not identify you personally. For how this data is handled, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every guide on this site can still be read with cookies turned off.
